What else on the Work Life struggle?

This is a topic that I could write about forever, but for now, and on this topic, this will be the last post for a while.

HOW DO YOU WIN? (ideas)

  1. Understand who you are, and to who are you committed? This can be anything, or anyone. Most importantly is that you know who it is. And yes, you can be included in this list as well. Define that list, however short it may be and write it down.

  2. Create a sentence as to that commitment, and read it every day. A wall poster or a note to read is good, but writing it down in something is the best. It’s an action that will become a habit, a good habit.

  3. Mindset and nutrition. Be aware of food and rest.

  4. Set and define an “in route” achievement point. You need to know what your destination is. Define the steps, and walk the steps.

  5. Influence upon yourself.

  7. Exercise, and the history of that commitment

  8. Knowledge of my environment, family, work, spiritual related, and how available these positive elements are to me.

  9. My ongoing, everyday opportunity, availability and permission to do what I need to do to accomplish harmony, peace and success.

LIST MY DISEMPOWERING AND PAINFUL EMOTIONS AND PATTERNS (examples)

  1. Frustration

  2. Guilt, impose by others

  3. Vulnerability

  4. Not being in control of my own happiness

  5. Waiting for, or anticipating a problem or a conflict

  6. Boredom by routine

  7. Hanging on to a negative picture or event in history

  8. Constantly reanalyzing and reliving past conflicts

  9. Knowing that I have the ability at any moment in time to completely change my pattern, but not acting on it.

Use the above material to your advantage. Re-read it, re-create it, and make it your own.

Just know that you have in your control, to modify anything that causes you discomfort, and change it. You deserve happiness and peace,

We are not victims, unless we do nothing to change our mindset. If we do nothing, we are ignorant, and weak.

We are strong!
